After many requests from fans, it seems like Spectre from Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is finally making their way into Black Ops 4.
As many Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 fans know, the next season of content for the first-person shooter is quickly approaching. Generally, each new season brings new maps, modes, and even a new Specialist and now we have a pretty good idea as to who’ll be making an appearance in Season 4. That’s right folks, as you can see by the title, it seems like the fan-favorite Spectre is finally making their long-awaited reappearance when the new season drops on Tuesday.
The news came via a small teaser released by Treyarch, which shows a character featuring a helmet that strikingly looks like the one used by Spectre, planting bombs in a cloud of smoke. Of course, this teaser is not an exact confirmation, but there aren’t t many people it could really be, so it makes sense. If you want to check out the teaser for yourself, you can do so at the end of the article.
For those that don’t know, Spectre was one of the main Specialists introduced in Black Ops 3. He wielded both energy blades and a cloaking feature. In my opinion, they were one of the coolest Specialists in the game. While I would love it to get more original Specialists (hopefully we’ll get one in Season 5), it’s still cool to see Spectre return.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC. If you want to pick up the game on Amazon, you can do so by clicking here.
