• 1 liter of dry red wine
  • 2 oranges
  • 4 peaches
  • 5 dsp sugar
  • 1 cup club soda
  • 2 pieces of lemon skin
  • A slice of orange (decoration)
Traditional Spanish dishes: Sangria
  • Put the wine into a jug; add sugar and stir until is properly dissolved.

  • Squeeze the oranges and add the juice to the jug. Save a slice.

  • Wash the peaches, peel and cut them into small quarters. Also add to the jug. Tip: you can use other season's fruit.

  • Put the jug into the fridge. You always served sangria chilled. Tip: Add ice cubes if you want to reduce the alcohol concentration and slices of lemon. By other hand if you want increase the alcohol concentration, add small amount of cognac or rum.
