GRILLED SWORDFISH

INGREDIENTS:
800 gr of Swordfish
2 garlic cloves
a few sprigs of parsley
extra virgin olive oil
Salt
It’s recommendable a salad to accompany this dish
PREPARATION:
While the grill heats we chop garlic and parsley and emulsified it with a splash of olive oil
Roast fillets of swordfish, round and round, salted, sauce and serve accompanied by sliced lemon and a good salad
