CHOCOLATE A LA ESPAÑOLA

Basic ingredients: 250 g sweet baker’s chocolateMilk2 tsp. cornstarchPreparation:Break the sweet chocolate into small pieces.In a saucepan with the milk put the small pieces of chocolate. Heat slowly the saucepan and stir with a whisk until just before the boiling point. Now add the cornstarch dissolved in a few tablespoons of cold water.Stir constantly until the liquid thickens. Serve hot in cups.
