| INGREDIENTS: |
- 500 g of fresh ripe tomatoes
- 15 ml (1 spoon) of vinegar
- 45 ml (3 spoons) of olive oil
- salt
- black peppercorns
- some branches of dried basil

| PREPARATION: |
- Cut the tomatoes into slices or thinly sliced.
- Spread it with vinegar, oil, salt and black pepper.
- Chop the basil leaves and spread over the surface.
VARIANTS and SECRETS:
- If you can prepare it in advance, juices and flavors will blend in a better way.
- You can combine it with anchovies if you aren't vegetarian; it would give a good flavor.
