| INGREDIENTS: |
- 1 1/2 kg fresh spinach, rinsed
- 50 g pine nuts
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely minced
- Portion of sultanas (optional)
- Salt and freshly ground pepper

| PREPARATION: |
- Wash the spinach and stems off the rough. Cook in a skillet over medium-high heat, about 3 minutes until them are wilted.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the spinach, pine nuts and garlic. Fry gently for around 2 more minutes, stirring all the time that pine nuts don't burn.
- Incorporate sultanas (optional), mix all ingredients together and season it with pepper, salt and serve.
