Chocolate a la Espaņola

Basic ingredients:
  • 250 g sweet baker's chocolate
  • Milk
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch

  • Preparation:
    • Break the sweet chocolate into small pieces.
    • In a saucepan with the milk put the small pieces of chocolate. Heat slowly the saucepan and stir with a whisk until just before the boiling point. Now add the cornstarch dissolved in a few tablespoons of cold water.
    • Stir constantly until the liquid thickens. Serve hot in cups.
